General

  • I reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online for advertisement/promotions.

  • I reserve the right to include the commissioned work into my gallery and portfolio.

  • I will not create commissions for contests or projects (for personal and private use only).

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • You are commissioning me for a personal and customized artwork, therefore you may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only.

  • You may upload/post the finished commissioned artwork in your platform/s and on any website and social channels, with credit.

  • You may not remove the watermark and/or signature in the commissioned artwork you will upload/post online.

  • You may not reprint/reuse/reproduce my artworks for monetary gain (e.g. reselling, redistributing, making prints of, using commissioned artwork in your merchandise, etc.).

  • You may not use the commissioned artwork for any contests or project submissions.

  • You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my informed consent.

REVISIONS & REFERENCES

  • You will get a maximum of three (3) revisions made to the working piece, already included in the commission price.

  • Kindly refer to the Gallery and Prices page for commission rates and additional fees.

  • Have at least an idea of your character/commission once you decide to fill the form.

  • Visual references are most encouraged.

  • Multiple visual references for one commission are preferred as this will help greatly in directing the artwork to where you want it to go.

  • Point out important details you wish to include.

  • Include as much detail and information in order for me to grasp the character you want to be commissioned.

  • Please be mindful of my presented art style as you proceed.

  • I will be creating a personalized artwork for you with the assurance that you trust my artistic choices.

Process & Delivery

PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • Your commissioned artwork has a turnaround of seven to thirty (7-30) working days, depending on the commission (see Gallery and Prices for specific TAT).

  • Commissions may be delayed due to health reasons, personal emergencies, school work on my end, and the complexity of the commissioned artwork, to name a few.

  • Should there be an unexpected delay, I will notify you right away through an email.

  • I do not do art full-time, and I am currently a student, so I hope you understand the reasoning behind my commissions' turnaround and any delays if they may occur.

  • Note that there is no physical product to be sent or delivered to you for digital commissioned artwork.

  • For commissioned digital artwork, a full resolution PNG will be sent through email.

  • You will also receive full-resolution, watermarked, and signed copies of the progress shots.

  • For commissioned traditional artwork, they will be shipped to you.

Payment, Refund, Cancellation

  • Do not send any payment before your slot is confirmed and before you have been explicitly requested to send in your payment thru a confirmation email from me.

  • Your calculated commission rate will be sent via email as I confirm your slot.

  • A full breakdown of the prices will be provided in this confirmation email.

  • Accepted currencies are the United States Dollar (USD) and the Philippine Peso (PHP).

  • Payments are accepted through Paypal ONLY (USD or PHP). 

  • Although USD/PHP are preferred, payment through other currencies may be arranged through Paypal.

  • You may choose to pay 100% upfront.

  • You may also choose to pay in two installments--a 50% deposit upfront to begin your order and the remaining 50% when your commission is completed (before the finished work is sent).

  • Failure to pay after a period of 10 days after your slot has been confirmed will result in a forfeited commission slot.

  • Once the commission has started (note that the official start of a commission is after sketch approval), you are no longer entitled to a refund should you decide to cancel your commission.

  • If you decide to cancel your order before sketching is started or before sketch approval, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you have already paid.

  • If I, for any reason, am unable to start your commission, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you have already paid.
